Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Awards 2011
In recognition of CDL's sustained efforts and outstanding achievement in environmental sustainability, CDL was conferred the highest honour of the inaugural BCA Green Mark Platinum Champion Award at the BCA Awards 2011. CDL is the first and only recipient of this prestigious honour, making the property pioneer, an undisputed leader in developing green buildings in Singapore.

The Company's ongoing efforts to ensure quality, productivity, safety and sustainable and responsible practices also saw it taking home seven Construction Excellence Awards, seven inaugural Construction Productivity Awards (including four Platinum) and one Universal Design Award. In total, CDL received 33 Awards at the BCA Awards 2011, the most for any company to date.

BCI Asia Top 10 Developers Award 2011
CDL was accorded Singapore's BCI Asia Top 10 Developers Award 2011, further reaffirming CDL's efforts in shaping and influencing the built environment. The BCI Asia Awards is a regional event honouring the best in the building and property development in Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes
CDL is honoured to be selected as an index component in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes (worldwide and in Asia Pacific). Based on the company's operations' ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) performance, CDL scored well in economic, environmental and social dimensions. In particular, the company fared well in areas of environmental reporting, environmental policy/management, biodiversity, operational eco efficiency and stakeholder engagement, especially when compared against the Asia Pacific standard.

Energy Efficiency National Partnership (EENP) Award (Best Practices Category)
CDL was conferred the inaugural EENP Awards (Best Practices Category) in recognition for its efforts in improving energy performance at CDL's New Tech Park through the retrofitting of chiller plant system.

CDL took double honors at the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence Awards 2011 with 7 & 9 Tampines Grande emerging victorious in the Sustainable Development Category and City Square Mall clinching the first runner up position in the Retail Category.

Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore was awarded the prestigious Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Award.

Orchard Hotel Singapore was conferred the Singapore Service Class Award (S-Class) for business excellence in service standards by Spring Singapore, an enterprise development agency responsible for helping Singapore enterprises grow.
