Grant of Options pursuant to the Hong Leong Asia Share Option Scheme 2000
The Board of Directors of Hong Leong Asia Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that on 18 May 2011, the Company granted the Tenth Offer of Options pursuant to the Hong Leong Asia Share Option Scheme 2000. The acquisition price of the options granted is equal to the average of the last dealt share prices of the Company's shares, as determined by reference to the daily official list published by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited for the 3 consecutive trading days immediately preceding the date of grant, rounded up to the nearest whole cent.
