HONG LEONG FINANCE LAUNCHES NEW HDB HOME LOAN BLITZ Rates from 1.13% p.a. from now till July 28 Singapore, July 5 – As demand for HDB units heats up, Hong Leong Finance (HLF) is again giving home-owners a leg up with its new HDB Home Loan Blitz. Singapore’s largest finance company newly launch HDB home loan rates is among the lowest in the market with variable interest rates from 1.13% pa. Consumers who prefer monthly-repayment certainty and who want to be protected from interest rates fluctuation can choose from its 2 or 3-year fixed rate packages. The 2-year and 3-year fixed rates start from as low as 1.43% p.a. and 1.73% p.a. respectively. “The new financing packages are indicative of our commitment to bring greater value and flexibility to all consumers,” said HLF President, Mr Ian Macdonald. “With the increase in private home prices, and rising demand for HDB homes, the attractive packages provide a timely financing solution for many customers.” During the promotion, the first 128 customers who take up a minimum HDB loan of S$280,000 will receive a dining gift set. Customers who take up the HDB Loan together with a minimum $60,000 car loan or $100,000 share loan will also get to choose from either a $100 petrol voucher or Millennium & Copthorne Hotels dining voucher.
