HONG LEONG FINANCE LAUNCHES THIRD SME CENTRE SME Centre@Bedok reaches out markets in the East
Singapore, May 10 2011 – In celebration of 50 years of serving the community, Hong Leong Finance launches its newest SME Centre@Bedok. Bedok is the latest of four new centres by the company designed to bring products and services closer to its customers. The others set up earlier are the SME centres at City Square Mall and Jurong East, as well as a HDB Loans centre at the HDB Hub in Toa Payoh. The dedicated home loans service centre features extended operating hours, allowing customers to seek home loan advice during the weekend. “We aim to create a comprehensive network of service centres across the island which leverages on our 28 existing branch locations,” said Hong Leong Finance President, Mr Ian Macdonald. “The idea is to make the financing process more convenient and efficient for SMEs located in areas with high population of corporate customers, so that they can focus on building their business.” The initiative is part of Hong Leong Finance’s 50th anniversary celebrations and leverages on its experience journeying from an SME to become the largest finance company in Singapore.
