China Yuchai International (CYI)is listed on the New York Stock Exchange since 1994 and its operations are principally located in China.
The Group’s principal operating subsidiary Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Company Limited (GYMCL) is one of the largest diesel engine manufacturers in China. Established in 1951, its production base is located in Yulin City, in China’s southern Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
GYMCL produces, assembles and sells a comprehensive range of products covering light- ,medium-to heavy-duty engines for trucks, buses, passenger vehicles, construction equipment, marine and agriculture applications, diesel-powered generators, engines parts and components. The engines produced by GYMCL range from diesel to natural gas and hybrid engines. Its hybrid engines have both diesel and gas versions.
HL Global Enterprises Limited (HLGE) has been listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange since 10 October 1984. The core businesses of HLGE are hospitality operations and property development. HLGE owns a hotel in Cameron Highlands.

Hong Leong Asia Ltd.’s Building Materials unit (BMU) is one of the largest suppliers of essential building materials to the construction industry of Singapore. BMU sells all grades of ready-mixed concrete out of nine separate locations in Singapore. It is also the largest producer of precast concrete elements for public housing construction, all of which are fabricated in its factories in Singapore and Senai, Malaysia.
BMU imports and distributes cement in Singapore and also operates a granite quarry in Johor, Malaysia. BMU is reputable for the quality of its products, and for the reliability in its deliveries. The proof of this can be seen in the many buildings and infrastructure developments in Singapore, which have been constructed using BMU’s products.
In Malaysia, Hong Leong Asia Ltd.’s subsidiary, Tasek Corporation Berhad is listed on the Bursa Malaysia stock exchange and is one of the largest integrated cement manufacturers in Malaysia.

In April 2012, Hong Leong Asia acquired a majority stake in Airwell Air-conditioning (China) and the brand name and global trademark rights for FEDDERS. This diversified Hong Leong Asia’s manufacturing business to include the design, manufacture and distribution of air-conditioning systems, offering central AC systems, multi-split, residential heat pump, floor heating, variable refrigerant flow systems (VRF), fan coil, air and water coiled chillers and air handling units. Its products are used in private households, large residential, commercial and industrial applications. The Group markets under the brand name of Airwell and Fedders.
Hong Leong Corporation Holdings (HLCH), a private trading and investment company under the Hong Leong Group, is the immediate holding company of Singapore-listed Hong Leong Asia Ltd. The company has been the sole distributor for Yamaha motorcycles in Singapore since 1979 and for Yamaha golf buggies since 1985.
